What we collect
When you buy and take the Workplace Credit Score, we collect your email address and your name from your payment, your five ratings, your score and tier, and the date and time of your attempt. If you buy the Credit Builder or the Complete Library, we also record what you purchased.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your score, your results page, and your reports.
- To send your receipt, your results link, your downloads, and reminder emails about your reports.
- To improve our research. We may share anonymous group trends. We never share your name or your individual results.
Who handles it for us
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Netlify hosts this website and stores order records.
- Google Sheets holds a private research copy of your ratings, score, and email.
- Resend sends our emails.
Your choices
- Reminder emails. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link. Receipts and delivery emails for things you bought still arrive.
- Delete your information. Email questions@undergroundimpact.com and we will remove your research record and your payment record on our side. Stripe may keep transaction records the law requires.
Ages
The Workplace Credit Score is for people age 13 and up. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you buy.
